Our privacy statement is very concise. We do not share your information with anyone. It is necessary to share only your address when items are drop-shipped from our manufacturers and suppliers, but we do not share your email or phone number..Your email is used by the credit card processing company to send a receipt for purchase.
Return Policy
Call customer service at 936 564 1900 in advance to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) within 7 days of purchase date. Returned Items must be in complete, undamaged, original packaging and in unused condition. A restocking fee of 20% with a $5.00 minimum will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error. RA numbers are good for 7 days.
NOTE: Returns returned without an RA number will not be returned to sender or refunded.
NOTE!! Items custom manufactured and not normally stocked may not be returnable.

Order Cancelation Policy
Please submit any cancelation request via email to sales@armadillosupply.com or call 936-564-1900.
Email cancelations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and reason for canceling. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regard to canceling your order.
Back orders not shipped must be canceled within 7 days to receive a refund.
A 20% cancelation fee will be assessed for backordered items canceled after 7 days. Items which are in the process of being manufactured or have already shipped may not be canceled regardless of the number of days since they were ordered.
If the cancelation is received after the order was shipped, follow the Return Policy.
