I.             Acceptance of Terms*

Armadillo Supply reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Armadillo Supply further reserves the right to limit or deny the use of promotions to customers, including, but not limited to, the right to refuse free shipping and other promotions to unauthorized resellers and unauthorized redistributors. Armadillo Supply reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time without notice to you.

II.            Place of Sale*

Armadillo Supply reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Nacogdoches, Texas, subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by Armadillo Supply. All sales are subject to the laws of the State of Texas.

III.     Pricing on the Website*

Armadillo Supply reserves the right to correct website errors, including, but not limited to, the right to cancel a processing order if the item is priced incorrectly.
